How to Return an Item

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.
When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
Orders are sent as quickly as possible once we’ve confirmed payment. This is usually within 2-3 working days. We will inform you by email if there are any problems with your order.
We cannot take online orders over the phone and we cannot offer a pickup service for online orders, which are dispatched by mail only.
We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us. Please double check that all your details have been filled out before completing your order. Please make sure your delivery address is an existing address where someone will be able to accept your item.
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. DandyLife is not responsible for these charges.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express and VISA) via our secure payment gateway.
All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.
UK: £5 within the UK (or less) for most orders.
We are currently using the courier service Interlink to ship parcels within the UK Mainland which is estimated to deliver next working day after dispatch. Please bear in mind that it will usually take up to 3 working days for an order to be dispatched and that we do not dispatch items during weekends or bank holidays.
We may also use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed for Delivery for some items which is estimated to deliver within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
If you are not able to accept delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail or Interlink will leave a card with further instructions. You will be provided with a tracking number once your items have been dispatched.
Europe: £6 for most items and £2 per additional item. Please note that the shipping cost for jackets, suits and heavier items could be higher. You will always be informed of the total shipping cost at the checkout before placing an order.
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed which is a signed for first class service that is estimated to deliver within 2-6 working days.
Australia: £11 for most items and £4 per additional item. Please note that the shipping cost for jackets, suits and heavier items could be higher. You will always be informed of the total shipping cost at the checkout before placing an order.

Rest of the World: £10 for most items and £3 per additional item. Please note that the shipping cost for jackets, suits and heavier items could be higher. You will always be informed of the total shipping cost at the checkout before placing an order.

Please note that any customs and import duties will be paid by the recipient on arrival of the parcel. We fill in customs declaration forms for international orders when required.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched, either in the UK or to overseas locations.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please email us at email@example.com with your order number. Sometimes your order will be waiting in your local post office and you have not received a ‘while you were out’ card.
Please Note: Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until 25 working days after the dispatch date. We will not be able to claim for a lost packet until after this time. Packages lost by Royal Mail will be refunded or replaced after 25 working days from the date we posted your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by Royal Mail, but we will do all that we can to help you.
We will contact you if your order has been returned to us, at which time we will ask if you wish for the parcel to be sent out to you again. A reposting fee will apply. If you no longer wish for the order, we will refund you for the the value of the order, excluding original postage costs.
IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, JUST SEND IT BACK!
There’s no need to be nervous, if you find that:
- It doesn’t fit
- It isn’t as you imagined
- You changed your mind
You can always send it back and we will swap it or refund you no problem! Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about fitting to figure out your size. If the sizing doesn’t work for you we can send another size.

To return an item(s) to us please include a copy of your invoice & a completed return & exchange form which we included with your order. All products MUST be returned with receipt or proof or purchase.
All items returned must be in a clean, unworn and undamaged condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging and with the labels still attached. If any items are received in an unsellable condition, they will be posted back to you.
You can only return your item(s) for a refund or exchange if you post your parcel back to us within 15 working days of receiving your order.
Postage costs for your return postage are non-refundable unless the item sent is faulty or incorrect. We will only refund the original amount that you paid for us to send the item(s) to you.
If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item we will also refund the cost of the return postage. We will send out your correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item here.
If returning items to us from outside of the UK, you must clearly state on any customs declarations and on your parcel that the parcel that you are sending is ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If this is not declared, we will forward any costs for duty through to you.
We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service so that you can check the status of your return. We are not liable if your return is lost before it reaches us.
We will aim to process returns within 15 working days of receipt.
We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any 3rd party for marketing purposes. We do not record credit card information.
